These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Tanner’s Canine Resort through its authorized business telephone numbers and messaging providers.

Text Messages You May Receive

Depending on the consent you provide, Tanner’s may send text messages regarding:

Reservations, appointments, and waitlists

Service confirmations, reminders, and updates

Customer support and account-related questions

Your dog’s care, health, safety, or visit

Tanner’s events, workshops, services, and occasional promotions

Consent

By opting in, you authorize Tanner’s Canine Resort to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing Tanner’s services. You must be the account holder or have permission to receive messages at the number provided.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your reservations, account activity, questions, and messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel an existing reservation. Tanner’s may continue to contact you by telephone or email regarding active reservations, account matters, or concerns involving your dog’s care or safety.
