Before scheduling your Meet & Greet, please review the Enrollment Requirements and FAQs. Group classes, workshops and spa only appointments do not require Tanner’s Meet & Greet and Evaluation process.
Meet & Greet
The Meet & Greet is a 30-minute complimentary appointment where you'll meet with our owner, Tracey, while your dog spends time with one of our trained team members. During your visit, we'll get to know you and your dog, answer any questions you may have, and give you a tour of our facility. This is also our first opportunity to observe your dog's temperament and comfort level in a new environment.
If Tanner’s appears to be the right fit for you and your dog, our team will schedule Evaluation Day One.
All new dogs must successfully complete all three Evaluation Days before participating in daycare or boarding.
Meet & Greet appointments are available Monday through Friday at 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM. Select afternoon and weekend appointments may also be available upon request.

After completing a Meet & Greet, all new dogs begin with Evaluation Day One. Evaluation reservations are scheduled directly with a Tanner’s Team member and are available Monday through Friday.

3-hour session | Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM-12:00 PM or 2:00 PM-5:00 PM
Evaluation Day One focuses on introductions and your dog’s comfort in our environment. A senior staff member will begin with gradual, controlled introductions to compatible dogs, observe your dog’s interactions and play style, and give them an opportunity to experience a scheduled rest period.

5-hour session | Monday-Friday:
10:00 AM-3:00 PM
These longer visits allow your dog more time to become familiar with Tanner’s daily routine while we continue observing their comfort in playgroups, transitions, activity and rest.
Our goal is not to rush dogs into daycare. It’s to give each dog the time and introductions they need for a safe, positive start at Tanner’s.
All new dogs must successfully complete all three Evaluation Days before participating in daycare or boarding.
