What is the Healthy Pet Warranty?

Our unique Healthy Pet Warranty is free to all boarding dogs and protects you from unwanted vet bills.   If your dog gets injured or ill while in our care, we will take him or her to your vet or our vet (whichever makes more sense) and we will cover the cost of the vet bill, including medication, up to $500.  Illnesses or injuries must not be pre-existing, and must occur while your pet is at our facility in order for us to cover the cost.  We want you to know that we will take the best care of your dog, and provide you with peace of mind while you're away.

What can I expect at the Meet & Greet?

The Meet & Greet is where we meet you & your dog(s) for the first time.   This can be scheduled on our website (click Getting Started above) or over the phone.  Once your vaccinations are confirmed, you will come in at your scheduled time, and our trained staff will evaluate your dog for temperament, personality, etc.  This process will take roughly 30-45 minutes.   During this time we will give you a tour of our beautiful facility and answer all your questions -- whatever you need to make you comfortable that your dog is in the right place!

What do I need to bring when my dog is boarding?

Dog owners are required to bring your dog's food on check in day.   Please pre-package in individual ziplocks, marked with the day and time of feeding.   Aside from food, nothing else is required, however feel free to bring a favorite toy or blanket if you wish.  If you forget your food, we will purchase for you, and charge you for the price of the food plus a ridiculous fee for having to purchase it.  Just kidding. :)

Do you have security cameras?

Yes!   All areas of the indoor & outdoor spaces are under constant surveillance.  This footage is required in order to monitor all dogs and staff throughout the day.  If dog parents wish to see their pups while in our care, we are happy to FaceTime with you during certain times of the day. Ask about this when you drop off your dog.


Do you have strict check in and check out times?

Nope!  You can check in and out anytime during our normal business hours.  Click on Contact Us to see our hours.  When it comes to boarding, we charge "by the night" not by the hour.  

What if I'm late to pick up my dog?

Yikes!  We've all been there!  If you are running late, please call & let us know.  We will wait for you, up to 20 minutes.  After that, we will have to check your dog into a boarding suite for the night, and you will be charged for this service.  

My dog is aggressive, will you still take him?

Perhaps.  During the Meet & Greet evaluation, our trained staff will determine if your dog is a good fit for our facility....and if our facility is a good fit for your dog.   Our goal is to not turn away any new client, however the safety of our staff and dogs is critical to our facility. 

I don't plan on spaying/neutering my dog, will you still take him/her?

Yes, however your dog may require individual playtime, walks, attention, etc, which will result in incremental costs.   This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to your confirmed reservation.
