Tracey is President and owner of Tannersmanne, LLC. After losing her beloved golden retriever, Tanner to cancer in 2012, Tracey started boarding dogs in her home. Caring for many different dogs made her realize her passion was all things dogs. She raised four puppies for The Seeing Eye and studied dog training at Animal Behavior College, earning her dog training certification in July 2016.

Natalie is dedicated to fostering strong bonds between dogs and their families. She has held roles in daycare management and front desk operations, providing excellent customer service and daily support to pet parents. She earned her training certification from Animal Behavior College and is a CGC Evaluator with experience teaching both private and group obedience classes to dogs of all breeds and temperaments. When she isn't at work, Natalie enjoys crafting and spending time with her own pets.

Paige has an interest in the medical and behavioral side of all things animal. Although she went to makeup school, she found her true calling when she started working with animals, and has been working with them for more than 4 years. Paige has a black lab/border collie mix and two dachshunds at home. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching Jeopardy!

Casey is a stay-at-home mom with a wonderful husband, young daughter, two dogs, and a cat! Her free time is filled with biking, fishing and hiking adventures! Mia worked in the beauty industry for years before deciding to follow her life-long love of dogs into the pet care world. She brings her strong customer service skills to our front desk and is always happy to great our clients (both 2 and 4-legged) with a smile. Cam currently attends Bergen Community College online, and her love for dogs brought her to work here at Tanner's! When she isn’t with her work pups, she spends her time training her own puppy, Indie! She is devoted to learning the ins and outs of dog behavior and training in hopes to open an in-home boarding business of her own one day.

Niko has always had a natural connection with animals. Growing up with three dogs, he developed a desire to care for them at an early age. His Golden Retriever, Jax, is his constant companion, and Niko took the lead in raising and training him. This experience strengthened his love for working with animals. With patience and compassion, Niko takes pride in making sure every dog feels safe, cared for and truly at home.

Sam has always had a love for dogs. Being around them all the time, and having one of her own, sparked a desire to work with and build relationships with other pups. When not at work, Sam loves writing and playing and listening to music.

Tara has a strong love for dogs that is rooted in both her professional and personal life. When she is not at Tanner’s, she works for a local veterinary surgeon. She and her pup Maddie live on site, which allows Tara to be closely involved in the well-being of the pups. Outside of caring for dogs, Tara enjoys hiking, traveling, and getting lost in a good book! She loves that her career allows her to spend her days doing what she enjoys most - working with dogs all day, every day!

Tyler has taken care of animals all his life, and their well being is something he truly cares about. He works hard to help make Tanner's a safe, comfortable and welcoming place for every dog.
