Welcome to the Tanner's family!

Please click on the Make a Res tab above & follow the instructions to register as a new customer. After you register please upload vaccine records & schedule your Meet & Greet appointment.

The Meet & Greet is a 30 minute meeting in our office where we will meet your pup, and you will get a complete tour of our facility. If you like what you see, you will have the opportunity to schedule a 2 hour trial session for your dog.

Once the trial session is complete (& your dog passes the trial evaluation) you can schedule any service you need -- boarding, daycare or training. Easy peasy!

Click below to log into your account. You can request or cancel any service 24 hours a day. If you need to change or edit a service, please call the office and we will do that for you.

If you are requesting boarding, and your dog has not been to Tanners in 3+ months, please call us to schedule a pre-boarding trial session prior, so your dog can get reacquainted with our facility. This is required.

If you must cancel a boarding, please make sure you understand our cancellation policy regarding cancellation fees. You can review this policy under the Cancellation tab.
